funny you mention grilled cheese sandwiches - when i first asked for one here in negril back in 1985 - i got a very puzzled look from the chef, but he did eventually bring me a sandwich with the cheese grilled, the bread wasnt grilled, just the cheese - which had to have been quite a challange..... It would seem to me that us north americans got that placed on many a menu in town.... (grin)
