Long Term Rentals

We love Negril and are looking for a long-term (6-8 weeks) rental for 2015. We enjoy small resorts on the cliffs but would like to find a place that is not located on the main road, is quieter where we would have own cooking facilities and separate sitting area. We would like to have a private patio or balconey where we can chill out. Our price range is between $1500 - $1800 a month. Does anyone know of accommodations that would fit this?

Could you get a rental at Point Village for that? You should be able to find something nice for that amount. Some resorts (Xtabi for ex) have cottages on the land-side, if there are places you like, make an offer.

What time of year are you going? Will you be visiting Negril before that trip in 2015?
