If you are stuck on AI and the big resort experience, Sandals will fill the bill nicely. SSATP is a very romantic property, but it is on the morass side. I know they have their own stretch of beach....but it is still on the morass side. Budget AI, you can't go wrong with Merrils. Mid-level AI would be Grand Pineapple or RIU Club.
Upper level would by Sandals, et al.....
