Cosmos has excellent conch soup and they are on the beach towards Rutland Point from SeaSplash. We had it twice separated by a few days and it was very tasty both times

Is it a soup or a stew at Cosmos? What I had at Swordfish was served on a plate, and was considered a stew.

I like brown stew conch. I've had conch soup from Bigga in Green Island and it is a totally different animal....

Cosmos is a soup served in a cup or bowl depending on what size you order. It has some veggie's and dumplings in it and the conch is tender and not like a rubber band as it can be if undercooked.
