    Dress Code for Cliff Dinning?

Me and my fiancé are headed to Xtabi next week and we are wondering if we should pack a set of dress clothes for some of the fancier restaurants on the cliffs. Any suggestions?

Comfy works good ... We never wore dress clothes, but we don't really own any either. Saw people dressed up & not ... whatever you prefer Joe. For some it's just nice to dress up every now & again. No worries!

The most dressed up I get in Jamaica is a cotton sundress. Nothing fancy!

    Have a great trip!!

Sundress, sandals, beach jewlery and for guys a collared shirt (partially unbuttoned or unbuttoned over a tank) and clean shorts looks and feels really nice when going out 'special'.

I always bring something special for that "Night Out". It just feels great to get fancied up for a nice dinner, at a nice restaurant, then to go out for some cocktails. "I Travels Light" is my motto (hat tip to Brutus Jones); A couple of T's and few pair of shorts contribute heavily to my Negil wardrobe, but that NICE silk shirt and Crisp linen trouser ensemble await Saturday night.

we enjoy a "dress up dinner", its just so hard in Jamaica, as we both are still sweating from the days sun, and the sweat dripping in the sauce mixes with everything else......lol
always carry a nice small "do-rag", or hand towel to "wipe off"

as long as you are clothed, you are dressed for Negril..if your happy with "dress-up" DO IT!................

    REMEMBER "NO PROBLEM"
"One of the laundry gals pipes up ,,"LOOK AT DA BLOOD"
"YES,THAT WOULD BE MINE" I said as my leg that at first gave no pain, started dishing it out in large bunches........"

To me dressed up in Negril means putting on footwear, possibly underwear.

Me too, thought this was heading down the sans clothing cliff diving route.

Dress as you like, you'll be welcome to all places.

Thanks everyone! I'm not kidding when I wrote the thread title the first thing I thought was "everyone is going to think diving" hahaha! Sorry about that! About the dress clothes, I guess some of the pictures of the restaurants had me thinking maybe there were a couple dress codes. I'm on the same page with Rambo though, I do like getting cleaned up every once in a blue moon.
