This is a great class for beginners or those wanting a gentle practice. We are located on the beach road at Negril Treehouse(located near Margaritaville) Tuesday through Saturday 11am.,we provide Yoga Mats and an ocean view Class rates are $15,please check in at the front desk. Thanks Gail. Hopefully by mid week I will be able to hobble down to say hello. Sad to say I wasn't having a good time. Just got off the couch in a hurry and stepped wrong.
