If money is no object... Then I dont think there is any comparison. Granted, I havent stayed at either place, but I have been to both a few times. Catcha is world class in my opinion, as far as the view and the grounds and the sunning areas etc. You can walk to Seastar anytime any day, but catcha only lets you in after 5.
