Yep, gained thru watching Negril Mix Masters make em. Being honest my humble opinion only, White Sands makes the best, but mine is no comparison to theirs and also little different.

In the blender = generous amount of ice, 4 little honey bananas extra ripe, 3 shots Tia Maria, 3 shots Rum Cream, 3 shots simple syrup, 3 shots milk or 1/2&1/2

Bottom of the glass = 1 shot dark rum (Appleton is our choice), 1 shot Charley's JB Overproof / couple to few squirts of Hersheys Liquid syrup down the sides of the glass

Pulse the blender a few times for a few seconds each pulse to mix and make things interesting, pour on top of the rum shots in bottom of glass

Insert straw in glass, take dark rum (or op rum if you have big set of nads) and use the Bottle top or cap to pour down the straw, it will run over and spill just a tad into the drink, trust me it adds to the ambience, experience, or buzz (what ever is appropriate and applicable to you)

I promise you if you have had a few Stripes prior to this by the time you finish 2 of these you are waxed even if you don't think so

Also as you get to the bottom of the glass the Hershey's on the glass side starts coming loose and travels thru your slurps and is wicked mix with the dirty banana
