I have never stayed at the Tree House but I think the beach at CoCo is bigger & better. I have decided to stay at CoCo all the time on the beach(stayed twice). Remember when you get prices many don't include the tax.
If you go through Negrilonestop they have the tax included,the free continental breakfast also.
