    Horses should be banned from the beach too many tourists and kids, and some of these guys ride them reckless on the beach, accident waiting to happen, just my opinion.

    Most of the horsemen on the beach are young fellows who eat at St. Anthony's Kitchen--the guy in the photo is not one. They have a rough time with the cops as they are not licensed. On the other hand, they are just trying to survive! Most are really nice young men who have dropped out of school. You can argue for them or against them, of course. They just want to eat! They all live in rather poor circumstances! --Fr. Jim

    Personally, I think kids should be banned from the beach, but that's just me.
    Rise early, treat everyday as though it's your last and your last day as it's your first.
