I don't think there are enough words to express how awesome Patty, Kirby, and the crew at Canoe are. Last Saturday, we had our (now married) daughter and son-in-law's rehearsal dinner at Canoe. They went above and beyond all of our expectations. We stayed at the Riu Palace (which was great) but I wanted all of these newbies to experience dinner "somewhere else". I had messaged Patty about the possibility and wow ~ did they ever deliver! The whole deck was decorated, the food was fabulous, and the staff everyone from Bob to Patty and Kirby were simply exceptional! Everyone commented on the fact that it was the best night of the trip ~ food, vibe, and location!
