I like to go to the cliffs to snorkel at Xtabi... just plan to buy lunch or drinks and you are welcome to hang there and snorkel right off the cliffs. I also recommend contacting Famous Vincent if you want to go to the reef for a snorkeling trip. I don't do the jet skis or parasailing so I am no help there.
