Not sure where to get the wheels (tires and rims) and a good axel, but the rest can be purchased at the hardware store and a couple furniture pads. That looks cool.
I saw one at NBCC last Febuary
Must have been the same one I noticed around Sunbeach last Febuary, not much weight, and a little easier to move in the sand.
Now!.....somebody along the Beach should invest in a couple.....you would have to advertise......but once you got the word to TRAVEL AGENTS......you should make some bucks......

I would love to take a loved one with mobility issues and I have inquired about these before. They run nearly $1k US from what I had found at the time. I would rent one for my entire stay.
