But what kind of backwards logic is this? what? No it doesn't take anything away from other decent establishments - unless a customer is not capable of discerning the difference between one business and another. What one place does is no reflection on what another place does.

if anything, it only makes the BETTER places get even MORE business - because better service and more attractive pricing will ensure that THEY get the customers.

NiceLady I'm with you, so I'm confused with both threads, from the comment that people at AI's are cheap and don't tip, to one of the senior statesman saying its not right to overcharge on the other thread but saying here the extra few dollars is helping people earn a good wage.
It just seems to me that lately this forum has been more argumentative, less tolerant of others and lost the "respect vibe" I found when I first joined.
