Oh, that's too bad...its pretty simple actually, I make it at home quite often....cream cheese with green onion mixed in...nice crispy tortilla, and Salsa on the side...sour cream works too. The key is a balsamic vinegar reduction drizzled on top....yummy!
The Wild Parrot is located next to Chances....it used to be called Sunquest (?). Coming in to Negril, its just past Chances, just before Firefly, SunBeach....

Could we just stop talking about the Wild Parrot! I extolled their virtues after our return in March, now.....I'm afraid we might need to make reservations for lunch now for next February. Actually I'm gonna have to make those shrimp tacos for supper just to survive!
Hahaha at Dwest. I will be dreaming of the Parrot until the next trip. Hopefully all will be the same. Or even better....open for dinner.

Hail NB....love your province! Yes, there are some direct flights, but only in Feb, March, maybe April. I'm on a "every 6 months" schedule now...Birthday and Christmas, although I managed 3 trips last year!
