This is why some of my best friends are drivers. After 14 years and 18 trips I am still not eager to drive in Jamaica. It's not that I can't, I just don't want to. Besides all the potential hassles, I am on vacation and want to get where I'm going safely regardless of how vacant I getIf someday we are lucky enough to spend some seriously extended time there, such as in retirement, I would feel differently. But as a visitor I'll leave the driving to experienced local professionals!
