Yes,they have their own stairs but it is Very tricky to get into the water from most. Lots of coral just below the surface. I learned to walk behind the cottage left of #3 down the stairs and deeper water to jump in.
Go to the pool across the street and get one of those tube float things,put it under your armpits and snorkel/float all day.
