At 2.20pm the rain started to fall. We were pelted by the drops as we were outside trying to pick up the laundry! wow it felt good being cooled down. we all needed it.

Thank you Lord for the rain! Lots of folks in Negril have no water because of the draught. Hate to pray for rain because of the tourists who come for the sun--BUT, We need the rain! --Fr. jim
Too bad about the lack of water and drought conditions, seems like universally weather changes are wrecking havoc!! No wonder they want to go to Mars ASAP. Hopefully there is a place as pretty as Negril up there too! I remember as the months in JA turned towards summer the rainy season kicking in. Every afternoon several hours of rain. Still plenty to do other than sunbathing. A rain a fall but the dirt it tough!!!
Rained good and hard a few days of our 11 last month. Maybe things are looking up in the rain department.
