I love East Indian and Julie. If I had to choose one though it would be an East Indian Mango, it must not be fully ripe just half for me. And I love it sliced. Dont like getting my hands dirty. My mother always say that is no way to eat mango. Mango nuh taste good sliced. one must just wash it and bite it. I could never understand why she wasn't afraid of the worms.
Back in the day when I kept my boats at Cosmo's he taught me to carry or throw them into the sea and eat them in the water.
The salt plus the mango...fantastic. Plus you can let it drip all you want!
During mango time we'd eat a dozen a day at least........the old Jamaican saying
