This is SUCH AN AWESOME DEAL!!! When you book through this number, there is NO FEE the first time you change the flight, and NO FEE if you have to cancel! (ergo, don't need trip insurance for that kind of thing if you have concerns you might need to change or cancel.) One of the many reasons I like Airtran, is their regular change/cancellation fee is only $75. AND, if you do your online check-in promptly, you can often buy a 1-leg seat upgrade to business class for $49 and get 2 checked bags free (basically paying $9 for the upgraded seat and free drinks/better snacks).

One more thing, I have had good luck booking one-way flights on Airtran. I booked my return last night when I saw a good price (office closed so couldn't get the 10% but still great price).
