We spoke with Linton (Sandy Haven bartender) everyday during our visit in February this year. It was extremely slow at SH, even considering it was high season he said they only had like 5 rooms occupied at the time.

We were there last week and only saw people at the bar a few times. The lounges sat empty most of the week. The deal does make it more reasonable. It is in a good location and there are many places to dine so you would not have to worry about pricing at there restaurant.
