Really interesting read...tough at times regarding the vivid descriptions of slavery in Jamaica at the end of the 18th century, but truly worth the effort. A Jamaican author...Marlon James...The Book of Night Women.

How about a little project... Gather up all the Trip Reports from the old message board and this one and create a compilation of short stories. Writings from Clarity, Gerryg123, Psather and others that show the different aspects of their experiences. Make it an E-Book that's downloadable from this site, I'm sure there will be some downloads.

Hey Van; must be another "Island Boys". The one that "Pops Up" on Amazon and LuLu has a story line that would not have gone over so well in 72 Negil.
