The seaside cottages at Xtabi do not have AC.

I never hear anyone recommend it but we have stayed in #5. It's small but it's also the closest to the bar/restaurant. large patio space with shade and two levels of sun decks, the bottom with sea access. We really liked it.

I'm partial to #4.
Nice big deck.
Upstairs bedroom and bath.
Fridge, sink, and hot plate.

No AC though.

#1 is another top pick if you want a kitchenette and upstairs bedroom and bath. You would have to go to a room across the street for AC and not all of them have it.

I stayed at #3 in Dec. Not as big as 1&4 but it has an overhang to provide shade on the patio.
