It's about those Wild Parrot tacos!
I think I was so overwhelmed by how good they were, I forgot to notice a few things. We're they served on flour or corn tortillas? Was the shrimp/fish breaded first. I thought I remembered that the shrimp had a crunchy exterior. Finally, the salsa was delicious...was there pineapple or papaya in it? I believe it had one of those, along with other more typical ingredients. This is for my sweeties birthday. Thanks
