Xtabi, room 24

Can anyone tell us if there is a/c, refrigerator size, and what kind of kitchen equipment is there. Will be sharing with another couple and just wanted to know what we can expect. Thanks for any info .

That is a large unit with two bedrooms and a nice kitchenette in a large living area- you should have everything you need. We have never stayed there but visited with friends staying there. Only one of the bedrooms had AC when we were there but the ceiling fans in the high ceiling-ed living area kept it nice and cool. It is attached to the owner/manager house and overlooks the pool - very nice

Yep 2nd bedroom doesn't have air but its at the back of the building and stays cool(shade),frig isn't a mini but its a small regular size unit ,we stayed there one New Years week was very nice indeed,oh only one bathroom hope you're good friends

lol STRIPER, the girl we went to school with, her boyfrined is a NEWBIe....I guess 40 yrs. is good enough.lol We drink the beer, they the soda...have to keep everyone Cool and refreshed. How about tea pot, utensils, microwave? any pics or info will be appreciated. Thanks Plongdin ceiling fans is good, this is the first we are hearing about them. I hope we don't make too much noise for the manager/owner. lol

I recall one bedroom being large and the other smaller and I don't recall details about the kitchenette except that it had a refrigerator My guess is that it will have everything you need. If you email Xtabi I am sure they will answer any questions you have about specific items. I have found them to be excellent to work with and they will do their best to accomodate your needs. The porch of that unit is a nice shady veranda next to the pool.
