Last March I had the pleasure of being a helper in a kitchen each morning. I was usually awake before the sun, waiting on the head chef to find me and unlock the door so we could get started cutting and prepping everything to be used in the day's meals. It was the most enjoyable time I've ever had on vacation. I would love to pay you a visit and lend a hand in August... Thanks for posting this photo. It brings a smile to my face and a warmth to my heart.
