Add me to your club - I started on May 3rd and vow to be 50 lbs lighter when you see me next February. So far I've dropped 12 lbs. I'm staying away from the starches and sweets. I'm also taking Zumba class twice a week and walk 30 minutes at lunchtime almost every day (when it's not raining) also doing 10-15 min of pilates when I get up in the morning. There is a great website you can join up (for free) and get lots of ideas for meals and you can monitor your weight and measurements as you go.
