M&G, excellent points...esp. the portion control! The biggest help is eating more fruit, veg, fish and chicken and plenty of water. Minimal if any, processed foods. Eat more of what Jah gave us and less of what man has made. Good luck, you are already on the right path. As mentioned above, exercise is also needed, walk as much as possible and don't forget dancing. Great exercise right there....dance around you home while cleaning, etc.
