I have had great success with a website that tracks food intake calories and exercise. I love this website, fun and it has a great support system through the message board very much like this one. The website is www.myfitnesspal.com all you have to do is make a profile and it will tell you how many calories to eat each day in order for you too be able to lose weight.. etc. Anyone interested we could have a Jamaica, Seastar group.
