Add me to your club - I started on May 3rd and vow to be 50 lbs lighter when you see me next February. So far I've dropped 12 lbs. I'm staying away from the starches and sweets. Hey Donna Thank you for the advice. It's just that I feel so depressed sometimes especially because my clothes don't fit anymore. Now I just have to wear the crappy ones i have left that can actually fit. It sucksyou know. But I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and do something about it. Today I had mainly fruits and some protein with veggies. I feel a little lighter already...lol...psyche. I have not gotten any execise in yet but i plan on doing some Zumba in the morning. I really hope I can keep this up. I miss Ice Cream. OH ICE CREEEEEAAAAAM I MISS YOU SO MUCH.....I NEEEEEEEED YOU. Ok let me get a hold of myself.
