Us are the folks who think you have to be flexible and eat weird food to do Yoga.Well we have something for you.Come take a deep breath with us and enjoy a very relaxing Yoga session with our local certified teacher. We love beginners and you don't need any special clothes or training to join us,we have Yoga mats,just bring an open mind and be ready to receive lots of Yoga love..Jamaica style!!!
