Rob - Help!! I just got a new laptop - an HP ENVY. I can get the webcast but can't get into chat. I have Windows 8 now - not sure if that's the problem or what's going on. Any ideas???

We use a Java based chat, you will need to download and install the Java at Java.com. The link is also on the main RealNegril.com page.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks Rob. I did all that and I get an error message when I pull up the page where I am supposed to type in my name to log on to the chat. I'll mess with it some more. If all else fails I'll call the place where I bought this silly thing and see if they have any ideas.
