    Dash Cams in JA?

I don't know if many are following this craze but these cameras are emerging as a popular gadget in the US while many other countries are far ahead in their use. I will be bringing one or two with me with hopes to find bones. I am pretty sure he will let me install one in his ride which I will no doubt leave with him if he finds the idea entertaining. I drive 80 miles a day from Derry New Hampshire to Burlington Mass 6 days a week and can tell you the whole trip is a crime scene at 85MPH bumper to bumper. On occasion dear can be seen in the road in the AM while I have escaped that spectacle so far. I am curious about any Jamaican wonders await roadside.

Well, I remember when no one had a PC or Cell and hardly any TV. I had to go La Mirage Hotel to watch the superbowl on their dish in '87 I think.

I think it's just a matter of time. Maybe I'll bring a couple and leave them to see if they multiply.

Some of these Dash Cams can network with your cell phone so you can be inside and see what is going on as if you were sitting in the car. They have motion detection and a G-sensor so if someone comes near or touches your car you will know, it will start recording and you can watch live. They can be hidden or removed if need be. They are Hi-Def 1080 and can read license plates in the dark. They have GPS so you know where you are and where your car has been. They store image on SD cards that if left alone will overwrite older files. You can get them for $30 to a few hundred. I have several of the best that cost $200 ea. One in the front and one in the rear. They can be kept on 24/7.
