We call room 15 home and love it Sharon is fantastic - as are all the staff in my opinion - they will go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need! We found the WIFI to be much improved last January and had great speed from our balcony - but hit and miss inside the room. I would often skype from the garden tables and had great quality and speed. My husband had to upload some files for work and had no problems at all.
