The medical care in Jamaica is vastly superior to that in Nevis. Its all relative.

This insurance will repatriate me to my hometown or anywhere else I choose in the US to have medical treatment. A couple of things to bear in mind for medical evacuation insurance. Most travel medical insurance policies will evacuate you if doing so will save them money and your fit to travel. Buying medical evacuation insurance is prudent and recommended. Bear in mind that you might not be medically fit to fly in which case your stuck where you are until you somewhat recover.
