New AI Hotel?

Ok so I'm doing my price checking for another trip "home"...

Noticed a NEW AI resort - the AZUL SENSATORI, opening this november.

Anyone have any idea where it is? They say "on 7 mile beach" - but I certainly don't recall ANY construction going on.

Yes, that was a temporary name until the upgrades were finished (Seashore Bay) Suppose to be a 5 star family resort when finished.

Oh, so its the old Beaches Sandy Bay, right across from Cool Runnings water park.

That's the resort we were booked into initially for our October 19th vacation (Seashore Bay), we were refunded our $$ because they were "closing indefinitely for renovations" to create the new Azul Sensatori 5 star resort.

If I am not mistaken, it's up by Our Past Time and Boardwalk Beach Village.
