What ways do you save money for Jamaica

We use our Chase Shapphire rewards cards as a way to save $$ for these trips. Essentially we use them for our everyday purchases (food, gas, groceries, everything) and pay it off every week. The bonus points we earn can be converted to cash and is essentially "free money". At the end of the year, we will have between $1500-$2000 available which we use to help pay for our vacations.
