Hello Patricia, we stay there twice a year nowadays and what biggbxguy said is still accurate. The owners are super nice people and their staff is just wonderful. I am actually pretty amazed that we don't see more posts about it on here but in a way I am glad because I like being told that they can confirm my reservation pretty much whenever we want.

There are a total of ten villas ranging from one to three bedrooms. We have stayed in over half of them now over the years and have not been disappointed once. The villas are not new or real fancy but they are kept up nicely and the girls work hard to keep them nice and clean. Each villa has a full kitchen, dining room, and living room area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and some of the villas have an extra bathroom that's not in a bedroom. #5 is truly amazing. It's a three bedroom that is literally RIGHT ON THE BEACH. I think it is the ONLY place you can stay in Negril where you are THAT close to the beach. Again, it's not real modern, but if you're not looking for something real fancy, it's a great place to stay.

They are run like most other villa type resorts.....you get a housekeeper/cook that comes in at around 8am and stays till about 4pm. In the time that they are there they do all the cleaning and they will make up to 2 meals for you per day. (my 3 favorite words to hear in a sweet Jamacian accent each morning is.......Brekfess iss ready) They have some on site groceries (the staples) and they also have locals that come by with fresh veggies and the catch of the day for the seafood lovers. As far as the cooks go.....we have never had a meal that we didn't like. (well, once but it wasn't the cooks fault, ackee.....the name says it all) They will make you WHATEVER you desire to eat. We have had anything from burgers or pizza to the most amazing lobster and other traditional Jamaican dishes you can think of. The really nice thing is that they will cook your meals when YOU want them. If you want breakfast at a certain time....no problem. If you have dinner plans somewhere else and would like a light lunch at a certain time during the day.....no problem. If you want them to make a lovely dinner but you are out and about on an excursion that day, your meal will be kept covered and warm, waiting for you on the stove whenever you get back.

I do feel that even though we LOVE it there, there are a few things that I should mention that might be a bit of a drawback. The property is ONLY the villas and the beautiful surrounding gardens. There is no bar and there is not much nighttime activity on site. (that is, unless you make your own nightlife of course) Also, the property is directly next to Margaritaville and I think that might be why it isn't talked about as much on here. At times the music can be loud from next door and if there is a big party going on it can get a bit annoying having to listen to loud music and an obnoxious DJ hollering all night when you are trying to unwind. To be honest, we have never had a problem with it but I can see how it would irritate some people at times.

All in all it's a great place with great people working there and I highly recommend giving it a try. I hope this helps you, and feel free to PM me if you have any other questions. BS
