September - Who Else?

Hey! My BFF and I are taking a "back to school" trip the first full weekend in September (we're both teachers and I start late this year b/c of a building project and she has PTO to use) and we'll be staying at Xtabi - the price is amazing and it looks like our kind of place. We're both pretty experienced travelers, and this resort appeals to us for its laid back look/feel and the cliffs versus the more posh touristy beach area. I've been researching and getting really stoked about our trip...the only thing it seems that's left besides a few incidental purchases and packing is to make come connections with fellow travelers, one of my absolute favorite parts of exploring other parts of the world.

So - we'll be there September 5th-9th. Anyone else going to be there during that time?
