    10 years X 70 Dollars per year maint = 700 bucks. 700 + 5900 is 6600 700+4900 = 5600

Those are the #'s Acc posted.

    5600 / 10 = 560 560 / 7 = 80 for off season

    6600 / 10 = 660 660 / 7 = 94 for high season.

Unless I misread Acc's Post or my math is wrong. That's what you're paying per night. That's not that deep of a discount off of the current pricing.

Hard to mix "Apples and Oranges" to get the price. $70 is one year and $4900 is one year so the total is $4970 for one year (off season).

You can't multiply the maintenance cost for the whole 10 years and add it to a one year weekly rate to determine an accurate price.

As I said, "it works out to @$75US (plus change) per night." $4970 ($4900 + $70) divided by 7 nights or (actually $71.00 per night.

That is 10 years of maint fees added to 1 year of payment. You can't do that mathematically. At least when I went to business school you couldn't.

Maybe that is what is known as "fuzzy math".

So you're ignoring 9 more 70 dollar payments to be made in the future. That's fine, but it clearly states in the "Fine Print" that it is a per year charge. It doesnt matter if those payments are deferred. The total payment in the end is still going to be the same.

My apology, Flip. I missed a period on my calculator. Last time my girlfriend missed one all hell broke loose.

    Sorry.
