Not on this thread, but the possibility of a few million USD if all the room shares are sold seems to be a pretty good incentive. That's a good chunk of change and could fund a good sized expansion.... Or another hotel if he were so inclined.

That property at the end of the lane, next to Catcha is for sale. Imagine how much more appealing a room at the Seastar is with guest access to the cliffs just a 100 yards or whatever away?
