    Question Timeshare at Seastar

I heard that Chris is selling timeshares for most of his rooms. Anyone know what is behind that decision? I sure hope that doesn't affect my reservation in 2015.

6600 or 5600 to lock yourself into staying a week at seastar for 10 years in a row.

If I had the money and didn't already have a place to live in Jamaica, I would jump at this opportunity. Seastar Inn is a great place now and will only get better over the years. A good thing about this "timeshare" option in that it gives Francine and Chris the capital needed to continue with the improvements necessary to move forward.

I think that paying $70US - @$85US per night is a good price as it includes the Sat. Show/Buffet and the Continental Breakfast each morning.

Besides, it is transferable should you not be able to make a trip yourself.

even still flip imo a lot of things change in 10 years...I am not saying the quality of seastar will change but to be locked in to 1 hotel for 10 years is a bit much.. you never know what could happen. I think sea staar is a nice place but 10 years in the same room? wheres the adventure? i personally do not stay in hotels anymore but when i did i would bounce around i would frequent the same places but not on every trip. when i decided i want to find a place i bought a peice of land. but that was a long time ago when things were reasonable now it is very hard to find something with in reach of not being a mega millions lottery winner.
