Last night we made jerk chicken, rice and peas, and callaloo from our garden (thanks weathermon) :-)
And for dessert...two tickets to Montego Bay ! Yea mon !

No worries, Mon. We've harvested our Callaloo twice so far this month. It's best to keep in short, more tender leaves and stems.
