I think she is saying that if you happen to hit one of the blackout dates and they have avaibility, such as you have dates and maby the last day you want is a blackout day if they happen to have rooms she will take it. Or if you want dates a couple of days after it expires in April and they have avaibility. But not if you buy the $299 4 night deal that ends Dec 19 and know you are staying in January when the deal for those dates are 4 nights for $489.00.

I just bought 2 and made reservations, both Gail and her reservationist are sweethearts and easy to work with.
