I like to spend my mornings by the sea, I stay in country by negril golf coarse. I used to go to free beach/ beach park and sit on bench while using comp getting free wifi from bar.
My questions are what places open early for breakfast on the beach and cliffs?
What places have free wifi??
Quick back round- over the years I would go to 24 hour places like mi yard and (23/7 back then) because they are the only places open before 8am?
What time xtabi open?

Sorry to break the news, but Hallzer's has been closed for about a decade now, and could have never had wifi as broadband internet did not exist in Jamaica while it was open.
Scot's Al moved on to manage Xtabi and left the island to go back home a few year's ago.
