    Aunties thrill corner

The trip advisor map and "directions" from reviewers are confusing me. Trying to put this place on our itinerary for next trip... I have to get a picture of my wife in front of a sign that says "thrill corner". Any good idea on where to get dropped off from a taxi for this treat? We are staying at Tensing the first half of the trip, couples negril the second week. It seems like when I go to jamaica my sense of direction and place goes right out the window. I have not ever driven on the island, so it all seems like point a, point b in my mind with little reference for the spots in between.

Thanks, murph. Is sea splash cool with us hanging out in that area for a couple hours on their beach, or keep moving?

Absolutely they are cool with it, and it's a nice place to hang. Say hi to Leo from Nancy. He's the best.

    Yes ma'am.

Leo is a pleasure to be around and offers up fair pricing on his wares.

My wife will not hit that end of the beach without swinging by to peruse his stuff and he often has some cool stuff that you do not see anywhere else.

Patties and cold beer are available as well as some fresh lobster cooked to order.

Once you see Leo's smile you'll understand.

You can hang at Seasplash, however the vibe has been off my last few trips. No Rasta Dave, no GM promoting the place and bringing people in. And the bar upstairs was moved to the other side away from the ocean. It is a good place to cut thru from the road, Margaritaville being another. Treehouse tried to charge us last time we attempted to cut thru.

Just like anywhere- if you get some drinks- how can they say anything really about hanging out? But their beach area is so small and so few chairs- I would suggest just walking a bit more (to the left past ATC) and find sunbeach. free chairs, cheap & great drinks. have fun hussy

From what I hear the beach has been so quiet I don't think getting a chair at almost any hotel would be a problem. Sure hope that changes soon for all concerned! Oh and hello Mrs Wilson! Deb here
