Obscure dining choice recommendations
I confess that this former Negril regular hasn't been back much in the last ten years but I'm looking forward to re-visiting this February. I know of the usual places that get mentioned here but I like to get off the beaten track. There used to be a place that catered to local route taxi drivers above the bank near the roundabout; is that still there and if so, what's the name? I'm looking forward to Niah's patties, some jerk at the Red Dragon, conch 'n bits at Cosmo's, if they all still exist. I'm guessing that the Rasta lobster enclave near what's now RIU is finished and I know that Brown Sugar on the Cliffs is gone too. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack time, beach, cliffs, and beyond, what are some places that don't see all that many tourists? As a regular to Jamaica's South Coast I'm more interested in Jamaican food than I am American but an American or British style breakfast can be a welcome change of pace. Thanks in advance.

Re: Obscure dining choice recommendations
You will still be able to visit Red Dragon, Cosmos and Niah's, they are al still there. I think the "rasta lobster enclave" you are refering to is the Office of Nature on Bloody Bay, which is also still there. The other places I would recommend are Out of Town Pastry (on the cliffs) and Sweet Spice (on the road to Sav).

There is a guy with a grill next door to No Limit Bar that has great jerk chicken with rice and peas and wonderful vegetables mixed into it.
