Hi,
i am looking for hotel options for a single female friend. She is on a budget but feels she can afford 3 weeks. She is open to either the cliffs or beach.She does not party. She is a writer and likes to walk and swim and will work on a writing projectwhile there. She likes to cook but would welcome local food too. Would you have some choices for her?

Catcha Falling Star Gardens is highly recommended. Reasonable rates (with current special until end of September, see link below). Great security, lovely gardens and pool area, good wifi, great staff. Located on the cliffs across the road from the LTU pub and close to Rick's Cafe and within walking distance of some great Jamaican food shops, All rooms have large balconies, and some units have AC and kitchens. Would be a great place to both relax and to work on a project.

I think anywhere with pretty grounds should be perfect for a writer i.e. kuyaba,pure gardens, catcha

Small family run guest house close to all amenties.
Moonlight Villa would be a good choice on the cliffs if the woman doesn't mind dogs. Also, Moonrise Villas across from Idle Awhile.

know for sure you can get a kitchen unit at Croton Grove beside L& M Market on the Cliffs.......
for 44,000J's($450US) a month including tv, water and electric....likkle veranda....nice lawn......

there are other places too....best probably to get a room for a night or two and go door knocking for what she wants.......
