Do you know what type of sign language K-Man uses? Is it ASL or another type ( I know it sounds like a dumb question..but different countries have different sign language ie: British is different from American, etc)

Not a dumb question at all. Some of the signs he's taught me were different than what I knew them as so it may not be ASL. Maybe Markospoon could answer this one...

Ok, I got curious. It appears he uses English signs rather than ASL based on his signs for car, van, bus, etc.,.

Very good suggestion but our AC unit is held together with what appears to be electrical tape and I don't have any to replace it. Next trip I think I will introduce Jamaica to duct tape...LOL
