weathermon and mi lady, thanks soo much for instructions for pm. will greatly help on planning nxt trip.. it's a month away, but have been thinking about it 24/7 since i made the decision to go.. never been during hurricane season.. oh well, if it happens, it will just be another adventure.

You are welcome! Don't be concerned about hurricanes. It's a BIG ocean out there and Jamaica is a relatively tiny spec on that ocean. The chances of a hurricane impacting the same time that you are on the Rock are 2 - slim and none. Mi Lady and I have reached many times during hurricane season and have only been affected by one - Sandy last year - and she was on the other side of the island.

thanks again.. makes me a little more confident. my BFF will be coming for a long wkend while i'm in Negril. she's never been, so hoping for sun while she's there. I don't mind the rain, but a first timer might.
